I chose to try Four Seasons because I had a Ventura Axxess card, getting 50% off first dry cleaning. When I dropped off the order, the cashier said I would get 50% off but not off alterations. My order was split in 2 because one item had a repair. When I picked up the second part of the order, they said I could not get 50% off the dry cleaning on this part of the order either because the way they put it in the system to mark as repair would not allow the discount even for the cleaning part of it.
