Lapels never disappoints with their laundry service. Both with dry cleaning, washing the clothes by hand and, even with machine washing the clothes. Lapels Takes good care of my more delicate clothes. You will never lose me as a client. I even brought years ago when I started going there. My winter boots to clean. They looked brand new. Excellent service.
I have been very satisfied with this cleaners, but recently I put my pastors white robe in there for cleaning and when I got it back it looked like a iron burn around the collar. They knew it was there fault but told me there was nothing they could do and after a few employee changes they acted like I brought the robe in with the burn around the collar. I am very disgusted and have decided not to use them anymore.
