The entire experience was GREAT !! I am a 1st time customer, new to this area!! I was greeted at the counter by a very friendly and informative person. She explained everything about this "new and more healthy" way of dry cleaning. By the time I got home, I had a welcome e-mail. My order was done quickly and I received an email and text when it was done !! Fabulous customer service!!
