My experience has been good overall, however, since you asked about my recent delivery, my shirt came back with a black mark on the collar that wasn't there when I sent it in for cleaning. Eventually I was able to get it out myself.
It took a couple of trips to get coordinated on the pick up and delivery which was ok. However, got one shrunken dress shirt and a pair of pants ripped. Not good. I am not sure if the quality work is there. I would also like to receive an email invoice that relates to the charge on my credit card if possible. I hope someone is listening.
I hope this does not get to a public review; my intention is not to damage your reputation. I have always been treated exceptional nice by your employees and your services have been excellent; no issues. My last visit was met with an employee that had a shockingly poor work ethic. Had he been an employee in my business, I probably would fire him. He certainly wouldn't be working for me long. I just arrived home and looked at your work and my green sweater and it looks like there is a dried milk stain on it.
On August 31, I came in with several garments that were mostly Hawiian Shirst. While the clerk counted my garments I mentioned to her that I had a coupon for 50% off Hawiian Shirts and then she gave me a receipt. I asked if she applied the discount and she told me that it had expired without ever looking at it. I then showed her the coupon and she said I can't do nothing about it today, but when you pick up your shirts they will aply the 50% discount at that time and proceeded to note it on the receipt. Delivered without issue. Missed our stuff on the next pick up day, however. Had to drop off at store the following morning.
All the employees are very nice and I enjoy coming in to pick up/drop off my items. The other day I did notice that my newly dry-cleaned shirt was completely wrinkled and not pressed cleanly at all so I brought it back in. It was a poor job of dry-cleaning, I hope the shirt can fixed this time around. I am also not a big fan of the bar code stickers they permanently stick on each item of clothing. Too expensive and delivery dates are not accurate
Came in got quote $206 Went with it after we wrote it down for price Came in to pic up Now $217 and new customer coupon doesn't work They lost the bag it came in( an anthropologist dress bag) I spotted it and grabbed it I was told I wasn't supposed to go behind counter I would have never gotten the bag Rip off
