My last experience was awful with you guys, spoke with the manager regarding your employee whom was rude towards me when I asked to use my coupon. Faye is amazing at the Yorba Linda location, but the other employee had such terrible customer service skills towards me that it makes me second guess coming back. I have always liked my services at Kona, but after that, I would consider doing my business elsewhere.
No one has ever come to my house, although i still want the service.
I just returned home very upset to write this spirited e-mail regarding the awful service I have had at your location. Judging by your appearance on Yelp, you seem like a proper businessman who likes to run things accordingly. I think the ironing was not really good.
A whole load of business clothes were picked up from my home and lost. It's been over 2 months and the issue is still not reconciled! Spoke to Alexa this evening who said I can't be reimbursed without brand names of clothing which I don't have. Very disappointed. Your driver needs further training in how to handle clothes that are picked up from customers homes.
my dress slacks which i left single creased came back from Kona with TRIPLE creases on front and back of each pair. a wool sweater that was black (solid) somehow got these round grate markings all over the front and back of them. it looks like an industrial iron was left on my WOOL sweater and left burn marks. not sure how this is possible from a professional cleaners but as my clothing are expensive pieces, i will NOT be using your company again. i plan to share the info when asked by friends in the area how my experience ... read more
There was a few problems when i was checking out. I wanted to use a $25 Yelp credit but the cashier rang it up wrong. I caught the mistake before i left and asked him to correct it. He re-rang up the items and then said he corrected it. I asked for a receipt, he said it would be emailed. I have not yet gotten an email receipt but i see that the charge on my Credit card is still higher than it should be. My total was $46.52 which minus the $25 credit should be a $21.52 charge. Instead my CC was charged $26.25.
very nice staff and love the emails to tell me when my items are done and the cost. when I picked up my drapes the drapery hooks were missing and the staff was unable to locate them and so I had to go to Joann's and purchase them.
makeups on the collar and the armpit sweat stains are not cleaned.
