I don't want to be unkind, but having to make 3 trips to pick up one item after having been told that it was ready seems to me to be unacceptable. In fairness though, in all these years that I have patronized your store, I have had very good experiences.
I am ready to move on and find another dry cleaner. I dry clean my work uniforms and they continue to do a terrible job. The patches are bent outwards and my ongoing request to have the shirts pressed with the collar closed never happens. It recently took 3 re-do's to get one shirt cleaned and pressed correctly. At my first initial visit to the cleaners, when I dropped my clothes off they couldn't give me an exact price for what my cleaning bill would be. I thought that was really strange and still do. I did leave some shirts and they gave me a first time discount. It appears they do good work and have a nice facility, but I do not like the high prices for shirts and the fact that they cannot give me an exact amount of my cleaning bill until I pick it up. Missing two men's trousers from my order. That was twenty five percent of my laundry order. Pretty soon I will need to buy a completely new wardrobe. Very disappointed in your service.
I wasn't happy that you cleaned a dress I sent in and returned it in a short bag. The dress was dirty again where the bag was not long enough to cover it.
I have to start by saying the service was very good. Courteous, and responsive to what I needed done. I usually provide between 15-20 garments at a time which run me typically $50.00 when I spent $87.00 I was taken aback and feel like the amount of business I would bring to Kona Cleaners was not taken into consideration. I would hope that I would receive the same or similar rate as I was getting from my old, current, cleaning service.

One of my shirts was lost and nothing was ever resolved! NEVER again, and spreading the word around town.
I usually love Kona, but my last experience was pretty irritating. Got my custom traditional outfit back with a button missing =( and.. I want my new Knoa bag yo!
