I take my cleaning in to the store on Richfield (2 doors down from where I drop my dog off for grooming). The gal asked if I wanted delivery and I said yes. I rec'd an email stating my cleaning was ready for p/u which I thought was strange but went to pick it up and for whatever reason was sent to the YL store. I asked for it to be delivered this Tuesday, November 15th and now I'm getting notified that my cleaning is ready for pick up!!
Disgusting follow up
The experience was fine but $7 per piece of clothing is too expensive. For 10 items, it would have cost me $70. My clothes aren't even worth $70.
Prices are ridiculous!! Won't be back
It would be nice to receive a receipt or a bill either during pick up or after we receive the item back. I don't know how much all this cost and I need to submit this t o my accounting department.
I am very upset that my daughter's designer skirt has been damaged.
Both times that I came in, to drop off and pick up, the clerk had the radio extremely loud. It was so loud I couldn't hear myself think and I had to shout to the clerk. When I came in to pick up my clothes the radio station was playing commercials and the clerk still had it extremely loud which was extremely annoying. I liked how Kona cleaned my clothes but I won't be back until you turn the radio down.
Didn't get a text message that my order was ready. Waiting for pick-up on Saturday.
Brought in some dresses needing hems to be raised. 5 dresses and I was charged $22/each !! Wow, that's what I get for not asking ahead of time. I also brought in a skirt that needed the velcro moved in a little bit, charged $17 for that! I also brought in a pair of white jeans needing to be taken in as well. The waist was brought in but there's a huge gap in the zipper section of the pant. I was charged $145 for all 7 items. It took me months to pay the bill.
