I go to the Kona Cleaners on Lido Island and have gone here for years. The actual cleaning of all garments has been very good. The service, from Diane who works in Lido, is exceptional....she always gets it right and she is extremely nice and respectful of your needs. I do applaud her and your cleaning services.

I have used Kona Cleaners for over 15 years. They have always provided responsive personal service and quality dry cleaning. When issues arise, they have addressed them without excuses and are willing to take responsibility for their actions. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also had excellent experiences.

I prefer to do business with employees that make me feel welcome. That is what I experience EVERY TIME I visit Kona Cleaners. Beyond the hospitality, I appreciate the fast service, terrific cleaning and e-mail notices when my clothes are ready. Kona is a business model which should be emulated in all retail chains.

I have used a lot of dry cleaners in my day, and none have been as good as Kona. Maria is extra special. Maria has my cleaning ready for me before I ever make it to the front desk. Whatever my request, Maria always seems to make it happen. They use environmentally safe cleaning solvents and my clothes never have that strange smell that I have had at other dry cleaners. By far, an outstanding organization.
