I needed a zipper put in my jacket. Specifically requested a nylon one. Got a metal one instead. Will try this for now but if it isnt satisfactory you will need to put a nylon one in for me.
The prices here are ridiculous! I left my work black suit pants, and they shrunk them... did a poor job! Now I have no pants to wear today!

I specifically asked that all my items be dry cleaned. My sweater came back shrunken...I dropped it off as a size medium and it came back a size x-small. The neck on 2 of my shirts came back EXTREMELY stretched out that they look like off the shoulder tops.

Blocking brings the sweaters back to their correct size and can certainly be done! Please bring those back at your convenience and we will get those back to the way they were. Overpriced, the seamstress does not speak English the phone was used to try to communicate with her.. she had problems doing the simplest job

Well, I brought my trench coat in to be cleaned and it came back with the belt on a separate hanger, but the liner was missing. I went back and showed one of the girls, and she took a picture of the coat and issues a search. I haven't heard from you since then. It's been a couple of weeks now. Robert Schuenemann

Worst experience and customer service. This happened previously but I have them another chance considering it could be just a one time thing. But I went back again against my better judgment and they failed again. Took 13 days to get an alteration done and they couldn’t explain why after the deadline loved back three times. Each time I was told a manager wasn’t available to talk or one would call me. Worst company and will never go back.

We have been sending out the alterations from the store to another one of our tailors. Our alteration work load has been heavy and I apologize that you were caught in the middle of that!
Too expensive!!! For a 2 piece suit, $15.04 It doesn’t matter if it’s a 1 day turn around. It’s not like I have just one suit. Just too expensive. Going somewhere else. Customer service is good. Employees are nice.

poor customer services, failed to inform if the price for 3 cotton tee shirts, surprised at the cost almost 20 for 2 cotton shirts. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use again , Shirts/blouse terrible. Would not reco.mend to family or neighbors even though it is 1 mile from home. poor quality for the price charged.
