Earned a reward and attempted to use it on my 5/26/22 order. Since there was another coupon in the system, the reward wasn’t used and I paid a lot more than I anticipated. Called and spoke with manager at the Archibald location in Eastvale. Was told that she would talk with her District Manager and get back to me. She didn’t call me back and that was the second consecutive time I was told she’d call her manager and get back to me and she didn’t. I realized that it’s a ploy to avoid providing a response. The system does take the first coupon applied, unfortunately; we are working on a way to allow our customers the ability to choose the coupon the wish to use but that software update is not ready. You keep sending me emails saying that you have my garment but when I called about it and when I went to your store you couldn’t find the garment. Stop sending the same email or call me when you have the garment in your hands.

I needed a zipper put in my jacket. Specifically requested a nylon one. Got a metal one instead. Will try this for now but if it isnt satisfactory you will need to put a nylon one in for me.

The prices here are ridiculous! I left my work black suit pants, and they shrunk them... did a poor job! Now I have no pants to wear today!

Good morning, I'm sorry you had a negative experience. We can definitely stretch your pants to the correct length. Sometimes fibers shrink in the cleaning process but can be restored. If you would like to do that, please drop them off at your convenience and let the person at the counter know how much they need to stretch. I specifically asked that all my items be dry cleaned. My sweater came back shrunken...I dropped it off as a size medium and it came back a size x-small. The neck on 2 of my shirts came back EXTREMELY stretched out that they look like off the shoulder tops.

Good morning Monica, I'm very sorry to hear that we shrunk the sweaters- please know that we do block sweaters normally but must have missed yours. Blocking brings the sweaters back to their correct size and can certainly be done! Please bring those back at your convenience and we will get those back to the way they were. Overpriced, the seamstress does not speak English the phone was used to try to communicate with her.. she had problems doing the simplest job
