I love this place. It was my first time using this place. My clothes look great and were ready even earlier than expected. Elizabeth is one of a kind. She explained everything about how the process was and what I should expect. She is by far the best helper I have ever come across in a dry cleaners. She gets a A+. The cleaning gets a A+ also. Thanks Kona Cleaners, u rock.

Took in 2 pair new jeans that were mismarked. Took off 2 inches. Excellent job. Very fast service..texted me that they were ready...perfect job. AAAA++++..MANY THANKS!

I took in 2 pairs of softball pants to be altered because they were too big .. I previously took in a pair of jeans to be hemmed and they did a great job but as I dropped off the softball pants I get my receipt and the lady says 100$.. now I didn’t want to say anything right there but thinking how they cost about 60$ brand new I really wanted to just cancel the whole order completely but I called the next day and told them I was going to pick up one of the pants and so I did came home and sewed them myself!.. Our cost for the waist take in and tapering of the legs actually comes out to $55 each; we believe that the attendant knocked down the price on each of those pants in an attempt to make it a more digestible amount. Person helping was not friendly . The prices are to high but i expected better service . Been living in Eastvale for 15 years but probably wont go back to this Kona cleaners

The worst, they charge you for things that don't belong to you and won't credit you back. They lose your shirts and won't do a thing about it. They charged me for over 700 dollars for table clothes that aren't mine and will not refund.me back

My jacket was supposed to be ready on Monday the 4th at 5pm. I went to pick it up that day and they told me they needed two more days. I'm totally upset and I won't be using the service again

Called about a first time pick up and the gentleman was very short, tried to rush me off the phone by telling me he would call me back after he asked his supervisor if I’m in their route. I insisted that he place me on hold to ask as I’m in need for a pick up. He agreed rudely to place me on hold only to return to say his supervisor will call me back.
