I still dont feel that you treat your client as family members. one example, sometimes customer could bring coupon when they pick the items. however you dont honor it and saying that customer needs to show it when they drop them, no flexibility. sounds like, 'i dont care what you have, but I am following the company's rule,' 'you follow out rule, if you dont like it, look for other cleaners'

I loved the fact that when I went to drop the clothes off that they said they would be ready the next day! Usually I have to beg other cleaners! They were super friendly too!
