I brought my jacket in to be cleaned. However when I picked it up they said the zipper pull was missing, which it wasn't when I dropped it off. They said they would only replace it if I paid for it which I refused to do since it was not missing when I brought it in.
I went in to get pants tailored and needed to get them done by a certain time for an out of state work trip. I went to pick up the day I was told they were going to be ready and they were not done yet. There was a change in staff and the new person had not started yet. I was never advised of the change causing me to not have the clothes I needed In time. Very poor communication. End result, I had to buy new pants and spend double the money
This place is sooo expensive. I was charged the price of a coat for a extremely thin cardigan. I only took two items and it was $23! Never going here again!
Took 12 cotton shirts for Laundry,was accepted by the lady,only a Quick invoice received! Surprisingly after 2 days received a email that the Order was ready and it was 11 Shirts Dryclean and 1 shirt Laundry!!! When I asked,they say they decide after drop off if it’s going to be Dryclean or Laundry!!! Very important to tell upfront so a customer has a choice to decide if he wishes to spend on Dryclean or not!!
Very rude staff
I asked to remove a pen mark on my white shirt I requested the last 3 times and she said she would take care of it, when I went to pick it up the pen mark was still there and they didnt even fix it
I get all my shirts laundered and pressed yet when I go to wear them I have to iron them since they are wrinkled. I’ve notified both stores yet it continues to happen. I will need to find another cleaners soon.
Took a formal dress to remove four stains that was originally my mother’s (RIP) to wear at a cousins wedding and they did an awesome job in removing stains and cleaning dress. Tk U
My bill for 7 items was $39.00. Charging over $5 for one item is ridiculous! I have never paid so much for dry cleaning and my previous dry cleaner was an organic dry cleaner.
