This was my second visit to Kona Cleaners and the second time I was informed that the seamstress could not hem my pant, that it would take 2 weeks. The first time I was told it would take 3 weeks. Considering driving further to Norco where I can get the services I need.

Greetings! In the lasr three years of doing business with Kona Cleaners , I have had nothing but five -star service. In this last episode, however, the suit pants i brought in to be altered were not done. They were cleaned along with the adjoining suit coat, and I was notified, as usual, by text that they were finished . So, I paid for the service and left the pants at the advice of the clerk . My experience dropping off the clothes was okay. I did not get a total of my bill I was notified it would be in a text. When I received the text of 72$ I almost had a heart attack. I took 2 football jerseys 1 baseball 1 child’s basketball jersey and 1 pair of pants. This is the most I have ever paid for dry cleaning. The fact it was ready so quick was good. Brought I. 2 sweaters, one with pearl trim the other with studs. Was told they may get damaged. Had to sign a waiver. They both turned out great!

I have been using this location for about a year now and for some reason it always seems like they find something to charge extra on. I take the same shirts for launder and press every time, but every trip I find one that has been separated and dry cleaned, my total is always more than expected. Is there a way I can avoid this from happening? I always mention that my laundry is for launder and press but it does not seem to matter.

Unless and until you produce the invoice when the customer drops off clothes it doesn’t make sense!! Why would you never make a invoice at drop off so that a customer can know how much is owed/charged!! It’s a surprise package at receiving a email when the clothes are ready and you know the $ amount.

I was given the wrong price of my bill when I called. In the person who answer the phone did not callback to give me the correct price. Then when I walked into the cleaners . The person working the counter did not acknowledge me I had to ask her if she could help me!
