Absolutely do not go here, They will ruin your clothing and keep it and ignore all phone calls and complaints. Filed against them in small claims court, they did not respond to being served and did not show up to small claims court, the judge granted a default judgement against them. They should be shut down. The manager at the Kyle location should be fired due to her terrible lack of customer service and argumentative behavior.
First of all, let me say that I have been using your services forever. I just experienced the worst customer service of my life at your Hutto location and I won’t be back. Also, my rating is zero but that’s not an option.
I'm having to go buy new pants today for my wedding tomorrow morning because the pants I dropped off Tuesday cannot be found. I have been to the location Wednesday, Thursday and today... and all three days they assured me that by 6:00 that same day my pants would be in. By now I have run out of time and cannot just assume that today will be the magic day that they show up. One star only because I can't give a negative star. My wife's sweater collar was ruined by the Jack Brown at Bee Caves over 2 months ago. The managers, Ariel and Veronica, were going to check on it and have yet to return it or even called us back. Every time we go to pick it up it is never at the store. You just can't trust dry cleaners any longer to do the right thing.
This place is a joke! They ruined my clothes and their rep at the cleaners response is this isn’t his problem! Their customer service number is nowhere to be found either!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They put my clothes under another customer’s name & tried to argue that we hadn’t dropped off there (where we’ve been going to over 12 years). Spouse had to go in the back and manually find our items, all while the employee in the store and the extremely rude employee on the phone argued about a missing item. Typically have had wonderful service but today was not good. From the moment I walked in with a very insincere welcome. To being no help with tailoring solution, just disappointing today. You are better because I've witnessed you be better.

If you ever need something done in a constraint time frame ( overnight) DONOT TAKE IT to Jack Btown Cleaners. I have to buy over $350 worth of clothes for a trip because they AGAIN cannot get it back in time when they said they would . Turned them in at 9;00 one morning and by 6:43 the next day they were not done. Only excuses “well we are short handed”. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received here.We usually go to Hill Country Cleaners in NB and receive excellent service. Eric the Manager at Jack Brown in NB is disinterested in customer service and somewhat rude. After putting a crease in pants (for the best man at a wedding) that were specifically requested to be flat press like the other groomsmen, we were told there was no refund, he could send them back in ( we needed them that evening) and that “ they are just clothes”.
