Lost 2 expensive sweaters from this place due to lack of communication and false information given. In years past, I always received phone calls in regard to clothes needing to be picked up. This time I was not called or notified. Manager did state, there was NO record of JB contacting me. I have used your services for five years. Two weeks ago I brought in eight shirts to be dry cleaned. I drop them off on a Tuesday which means each shirt is $3.49 today while picking them up I have an $80 total the text that was sent to me said $42. How can there be an almost $40 discrepancy? I am completely outraged at the cost of your service, your staff told me it was because I had three laundered shirts. 1st time to use jack brown will also be the last. Lady at counter was older and didn't give a damn about the poor job that was done. Paid the 34 dollars for 4 pairs of jeans heavy starch that had zero starch in them. What a waste of time and money. Took 4 days as well to get those done. Terrible service terrible job done. Actually the worst cleaners I've ever been to as far as quality goes.
