I dropped off my clothes to the location in New Braunfels. John was working the counter. He was rude, pushy, made me count out my own clothes, wouldn’t give me a price until I asked several times, was argumentative when I quarantined about whether my items would receive starch… terrible customer service. This will be the last time I drop off my dry cleaning with them.

Never have I received such horrible customer service! I typically get great service at Jack Brown, but this was an exception. I drop my clothes off at 7:30 this morning saying they would be ready after 5 o’clock. I showed up at 5:45 in my clothes were not ready. I went home and received a text at 6:45 saying they were ready, so I’m headed back up to the shop arrived at 7:01 and was met by the girl running the shop, he told me the shop is closed and shut the door in my face. Jack Brown in Bee Cave is the worst cleaners I have ever been to & will never use them again. They took a perfectly beautiful silk sweater & turned it into a shrunken piece of garbage. The sweater used to have a gorgeous white collar with delicate white flowers and pearls on it which JBC turned it into a brown mess after washing it together w/whatever they decided to throw into their vat of clothes. I've been using the Whitestone Jack Brown cleaners for about 8 years now. It's pricey but at the best location from my home and very convenient near the local grocery stores and strip mall in my area. The service has been great at this location up until a few months ago. I took a very nice Brooks Brothers blazer to be cleaned, along with several slacks and some shirts. Everything came back fine but the blazer was ruined. Picked up my laundry (it was just laundry) I was charged $9.00 per shirt. In addition only 2 of my 3 shirts were returned, one is missing. I paid $27 for laundry, shirts were not starched and I am NEVER doing business with Jack Brown cleaners.
I was just charged $9.00 per shirt at Jack Brown cleaners in Dripping Springs. That is usury. It is a ridiculous price and i will never use them again, They should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging.

Calvin our team works hard to provide the best quality & service for the best prices. Shirts require different processes depending on the fabric to keep the garment looking & lasting its best. The dry cleaning process is more expensive due to the labor involved in the hand pressing vs the laundry side that is machine pressed.
Worst cleaners ever. Always late, poor quality job, horrible customer service. The woman actually yelled at me as I was leaving saying they are always late. I feel sorry for everyone there. Will no longer use even in an emergency.

Strongly not recommend, my worst experience at this big name cleaners. They damage my two brand new boss shirts, they redone but couldn’t fix, I’m very very disappointed

My husband and I have been Jack Brown customers for 5+ years. The downtown Austin location was always always great. However, since moving to Lakeway we had a $500 jacket get ruined at the 620 location. They then blamed it on us and said we brought it in that way and never did anything to make it right. Seeing as that location didn’t work for us we switched to the Bee Cave one and I just notice their prices are crazy!
