Picked up my laundry (it was just laundry) I was charged $9.00 per shirt. In addition only 2 of my 3 shirts were returned, one is missing. I paid $27 for laundry, shirts were not starched and I am NEVER doing business with Jack Brown cleaners.
I was just charged $9.00 per shirt at Jack Brown cleaners in Dripping Springs. That is usury. It is a ridiculous price and i will never use them again, They should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging.

Calvin our team works hard to provide the best quality & service for the best prices. Shirts require different processes depending on the fabric to keep the garment looking & lasting its best. The dry cleaning process is more expensive due to the labor involved in the hand pressing vs the laundry side that is machine pressed.
Worst cleaners ever. Always late, poor quality job, horrible customer service. The woman actually yelled at me as I was leaving saying they are always late. I feel sorry for everyone there. Will no longer use even in an emergency.

Strongly not recommend, my worst experience at this big name cleaners. They damage my two brand new boss shirts, they redone but couldn’t fix, I’m very very disappointed

My husband and I have been Jack Brown customers for 5+ years. The downtown Austin location was always always great. However, since moving to Lakeway we had a $500 jacket get ruined at the 620 location. They then blamed it on us and said we brought it in that way and never did anything to make it right. This was my first time to use JBC in my neighborhood. I let them know I had a coupon from the website when I picked up my cleaning. They would not honor it because I didn’t present it at the time of drop off. I explained that this was my first time using them and I wasn’t aware of the policy. I was basically told that wasn’t their problem instead of allowing me to use the coupon and making a loyal customer out of me. I’ll never use them again, nor will I refer them to anyone I know.

I was charged twice for my items on two separate occasions. My credit card was charged without my authorization. There are better establishments in San Antonio to get your clothes drycleaned or laundered.

Lost 2 expensive sweaters from this place due to lack of communication and false information given. In years past, I always received phone calls in regard to clothes needing to be picked up. This time I was not called or notified. Manager did state, there was NO record of JB contacting me.
