Strongly not recommend, my worst experience at this big name cleaners. They damage my two brand new boss shirts, they redone but couldn’t fix, I’m very very disappointed

My husband and I have been Jack Brown customers for 5+ years. The downtown Austin location was always always great. However, since moving to Lakeway we had a $500 jacket get ruined at the 620 location. They then blamed it on us and said we brought it in that way and never did anything to make it right. Seeing as that location didn’t work for us we switched to the Bee Cave one and I just notice their prices are crazy! This was my first time to use JBC in my neighborhood. I let them know I had a coupon from the website when I picked up my cleaning. They would not honor it because I didn’t present it at the time of drop off. I explained that this was my first time using them and I wasn’t aware of the policy. I was basically told that wasn’t their problem instead of allowing me to use the coupon and making a loyal customer out of me. I’ll never use them again, nor will I refer them to anyone I know.

I was charged twice for my items on two separate occasions. My credit card was charged without my authorization. There are better establishments in San Antonio to get your clothes drycleaned or laundered.

Lost 2 expensive sweaters from this place due to lack of communication and false information given. In years past, I always received phone calls in regard to clothes needing to be picked up. This time I was not called or notified. Manager did state, there was NO record of JB contacting me. My sweaters were just "given away" after 3 weeks of receiving no updates on my clothes and was told by front desk that a manager would contact me whom never did. I have used your services for five years. Two weeks ago I brought in eight shirts to be dry cleaned. I drop them off on a Tuesday which means each shirt is $3.49 today while picking them up I have an $80 total the text that was sent to me said $42. How can there be an almost $40 discrepancy? I am completely outraged at the cost of your service, your staff told me it was because I had three laundered shirts. Hi Jeannette, you had drop offs from two separate days that were picked up and paid for today. You had 8 items dropped off on 11/9 ($38.49) and 8 items dropped off on 11/29 ($42.26) which came to a total of $80.75. There are some items that cannot be sent through laundry because they will ruin the garment. Fishing shirts are included in this because of the plastic snaps, zippers, or mesh lining that will melt. Twice the price a other local cleaner, didn't disclose the cost before services were done.

1st time to use jack brown will also be the last. Lady at counter was older and didn't give a damn about the poor job that was done. Paid the 34 dollars for 4 pairs of jeans heavy starch that had zero starch in them. What a waste of time and money. Took 4 days as well to get those done. Terrible service terrible job done. Actually the worst cleaners I've ever been to as far as quality goes.
