I dropped off my Alice and Olivia suit, valued at over $1500, at Jack Brown Cleaners, trusting them to handle it with care and professionalism. The lady at Jack Brown Cleaners in Dripping SPrings is SO RUDE!!! There is even facebook posts about her and how disrespectful she is to customers. This morning she got the laundry out of the back seat and went to shut the door and I said, "The comforter goes, too". She rudely said, "I don't read minds". I couldn't believe she would talk to someone that way. I have heard other stories as well from customers. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.
This company is horrible to work for, and the manager at the Buda location is supper unprofessional and lacks manager skills which a customer even told me before lmaoo! First they hired me, and trained me with someone who hasn’t even been there for 2 weeks ! I got trained on basic stuff, and 2 weeks into the job they complained and put a stop on some things for me to do because I messed up but how was I supposed to know any better when I never got trained on the things they cared about ? 2nd I asked off for some days on end ... read more
I would not recommend this service due to unethical pricing practices. I specifically asked for the total cost upfront and was told $35 for my order. However, when my clothes were returned, the price had more than doubled to $84. While they did a great job cleaning the clothes, the customer service was disappointing. I hope they address these ethical concerns. If you choose to use their services, make sure to get everything in writing to avoid surprises.
I have never been to a worse dry cleaners in my life! After moving recently to TX, I decided to try this cleaners because it was close to our house, and I still regret it today and have yet to find any resolution for the damage this cleaning service has caused. I dropped off two items to be dry cleaned and one alternation in October 2024, both items came back damaged!! Long story, short.... The cashier person was unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy. I asked her to please put in their computer system that i wanted medium starch on my shirts this time and to reprint me a receipt with the correction. I asked them to do this because they have starched my shirts and pants incorrectly before. They have put creases in my pants when I asked not to, so I wanted to make sure it was spelled out, and clear for them so that hopefully they wouldn't continue to mess up orders.
