This morning I brought a dry clean only blanket to the Jack Brown on Windsor. My cat had gotten feces on it when she was sick, and I informed the woman working the counter about the cause of the stain when I dropped it off as I know there are special protection requirements for staff when dealing with items that have bodily fluids. The woman asked me if I couldn't just wash it, and I told her it was a dry clean only item. Jack Brown ruined 5 of my cashmere sweaters (shrunk them) and the total of this is $1500. Their staff have been rude and have offered no help. I have emailed Paul Brown 4 times with no response at all. They also ruined my friend's suit and he got the same help - NONE. DO NOT USE THEM
Women who works in the morning is rude. She ignored me in the drive isle while she chatted with Bo workers and drank her coffee.
Two shirts ruined without apology. Jack Brown destroyed two shirts, accepted fault, and won't do anything about it. If you care about your garments, take them elsewhere. Customer service is non-existent, the on-site staff, while kind and helpful, cannot affect any changes, and "management" is unresponsive. Jack Brown Bee Cave (71 & 2244) - avoid it.
The closest Jack Brown Cleaners to us is aprox 20 miles/30+ min. drive, located in Dripping Springs. My son drove to Texas from Colorado to attend a wedding and was passing through to stay over ONE night with us on his way. We dropped his 2 Piece Suit, 4 Button Down Shirts, and a Sports Coat off at 7:30AM THURS for a 7:00PM THURS pickup (as confirmed by phone and in person upon drop off), in addition, presented online coupons using mobile phone. The staff is very courteous and professional just like everyone else says up above. But when I drop off four shirts one pair of pants one tie and one sweater and it's going to be almost $80 I expect to be told how much it's going to be. It wasn't even written on the receipt they gave me. I got a phone call the next day that it was ready and it was going to be 71 dollars and something cents. Went in for my first visit, got to the store at 8;45am to drop off my 8 pieces of dry cleaning. Was told by the lady it would not be ready until the following TUESDAY. IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE IF YOU BRING IN YOUR CLOTHES PROIR TO 9AM IT WILL BE READY SAME DAY. Never going back here....
