The closest Jack Brown Cleaners to us is aprox 20 miles/30+ min. drive, located in Dripping Springs. My son drove to Texas from Colorado to attend a wedding and was passing through to stay over ONE night with us on his way. We dropped his 2 Piece Suit, 4 Button Down Shirts, and a Sports Coat off at 7:30AM THURS for a 7:00PM THURS pickup (as confirmed by phone and in person upon drop off), in addition, presented online coupons using mobile phone. The staff is very courteous and professional just like everyone else says up above. But when I drop off four shirts one pair of pants one tie and one sweater and it's going to be almost $80 I expect to be told how much it's going to be. It wasn't even written on the receipt they gave me. I got a phone call the next day that it was ready and it was going to be 71 dollars and something cents. Went in for my first visit, got to the store at 8;45am to drop off my 8 pieces of dry cleaning. Was told by the lady it would not be ready until the following TUESDAY. IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE IF YOU BRING IN YOUR CLOTHES PROIR TO 9AM IT WILL BE READY SAME DAY. Never going back here....

They destroyed my $1500 designer suit and won’t take responsibility! I dropped off my Alice and Olivia suit, valued at over $1500, at Jack Brown Cleaners, trusting them to handle it with care and professionalism. What I got back was a completely ruined garment — fabric damaged beyond repair. The worst part? They refuse to take responsibility. No solution, no accountability, no compensation. The lady at Jack Brown Cleaners in Dripping SPrings is SO RUDE!!! There is even facebook posts about her and how disrespectful she is to customers. This morning she got the laundry out of the back seat and went to shut the door and I said, "The comforter goes, too". She rudely said, "I don't read minds". I couldn't believe she would talk to someone that way. I have heard other stories as well from customers. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.

This company is horrible to work for, and the manager at the Buda location is supper unprofessional and lacks manager skills which a customer even told me before lmaoo! First they hired me, and trained me with someone who hasn’t even been there for 2 weeks ! I got trained on basic stuff, and 2 weeks into the job they complained and put a stop on some things for me to do because I messed up but how was I supposed to know any better when I never got trained on the things they cared about ? 2nd I asked off for some days on end ... read more

I would not recommend this service due to unethical pricing practices. I specifically asked for the total cost upfront and was told $35 for my order. However, when my clothes were returned, the price had more than doubled to $84. While they did a great job cleaning the clothes, the customer service was disappointing. I hope they address these ethical concerns. If you choose to use their services, make sure to get everything in writing to avoid surprises.
