I went to cleaners last week and was overcharged for 7 items. I came in and talked to lady before I left the items and explained this was our 1st time and were military family and to give me the pricing and if they honor any discounts. She informed yes and that it would come out to $40. We went to pick up clothes and we were charged $70 and we explained what the other person said but they didn’t honor it. I am appalled at the prices. I will never ever use this cleaners again. Service was good, but the prices are horrendous. $18 for one dress,, $20 for another and $11 for a shirt??? To dry clean??? NO SPOTS on the clothing and im charged THAT MUCH??? Oh My God!! 3 peices and it's the first time I use their Service??? NEVER AGAIN... Thank you very much. New Braunfels location. This is the worst cleaners I have ever used . . . DO NOT use this business unless you are a gluten for punishment!! Took in 4 men's dress shirts and asked for them to be laundered and folded. They refused to launder one of the shirts and insisted it had to be dry cleaned (strange because is was cotton just like the other shirts and the tag on the shirt said to wash, not dry clean). Lost my pants the day of wedding said for me to buy new ones and they would reimburse me now they want me to wait two weeks for reimbursement take them the pants I purchased or they won’t pay said patty the district manager

I’d give them a fucking negative star if possible. They completely fucked up 2400$ of linen resort clothing with dirty ass irons. White clothes are fucking trashed. Thanks a million assholes!
AVOID entrusting your clothing repairs to Jack Browns. Despite a simple task of fixing a belt loop on a pair of jeans, they failed to deliver satisfactory results even after a second attempt, sloppy and the thread is sown in the opposite direction. Furthermore, when I brought in a high-quality Lululemon shirt with a minor hole, they irresponsibly applied a bulky patch that completely mismatched the shirt's fabric weight. Your cleaners at Ronald Reagan and 29 does not accept cash. I will not be going there again. Downtown Georgetown is fine.
Pleasant service & great turnaround. One of the things that could be improved is better care when ironing dress shirts. I will invariably get one or two back where the top button has been broken off and replaced not with a replacement button that come sewn on the tail of the shirt but instead with a cheap looking plastic button. I realize this is the first worldliest of first world problems but when I stop being a customer, this will be among the reasons why.
