My experience with Jack Brown has been awesome. My dry cleaning is also completed on time and done correctly. Every time I go to the cleaners the staff knows my name and remembers how I like my shirts folded. No other dry cleaners has treated as well as Jack Brown. I would highly recommend Jack Brown!!!!!!

We have been long term Jack Brown users but have had an awful time at the Windsor location lately. They ruined three new dresses that I was only having dry cleaned after being worn once to be properly cleaned and pressed the next time I wore them. Instead, they returned stained and an emblem on one completely chipped and ruined. I have yet to hear back from management on how to proceed for reimbursing me for their wrongdoing.
I am not a person to write reviews, more so reviews that are not complimenting but lately I have not been happy with my dry cleaning. I had to bring back a few of my garments to be redone because they had not been cleaned properly. The job was redone at no charge but to today, when I picked up my cleaning at the rate of almost $90.00, the linen shirt that had to be redone was not pressed properly and had the edge of the cuffed sleeves wrinkled. Oh, well . . .
I just used this cleaners for the 1st time. They faded all of my ADIDAS jogging suits and black Polo Joggers. I called they gave me the run around and told me to call the Manufacturer of the company of my clothes. Like adidas & polo would answer my call. They just took my clothes and never asked for special treatment. But all of a sudden she wanted to explain what should have been done. AFTER I TOLD HER THAGS WHAT SHOULD Have BEEN DONE. Don't have anything cleaned here you're not OK with being destroyed. Had a formal coat totally damaged and Jack Brown's refused any sort of damages reimbursement and told me it was against their policy. Refused to provide any sort of management contact as well. Good spot if you're desperate for same day turnaround but otherwise go to one of the many other local cleaners in the area.
