My experience with Jack Brown has been awesome. My dry cleaning is also completed on time and done correctly. Every time I go to the cleaners the staff knows my name and remembers how I like my shirts folded. No other dry cleaners has treated as well as Jack Brown. I would highly recommend Jack Brown!!!!!!

The staff is very courteous and professional just like everyone else says up above. But when I drop off four shirts one pair of pants one tie and one sweater and it's going to be almost $80 I expect to be told how much it's going to be. It wasn't even written on the receipt they gave me. I got a phone call the next day that it was ready and it was going to be 71 dollars and something cents. Went in for my first visit, got to the store at 8;45am to drop off my 8 pieces of dry cleaning. Was told by the lady it would not be ready until the following TUESDAY. IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE IF YOU BRING IN YOUR CLOTHES PROIR TO 9AM IT WILL BE READY SAME DAY. Never going back here....

I dropped off my Alice and Olivia suit, valued at over $1500, at Jack Brown Cleaners, trusting them to handle it with care and professionalism. The lady at Jack Brown Cleaners in Dripping SPrings is SO RUDE!!! There is even facebook posts about her and how disrespectful she is to customers. This morning she got the laundry out of the back seat and went to shut the door and I said, "The comforter goes, too". She rudely said, "I don't read minds". I couldn't believe she would talk to someone that way. I have heard other stories as well from customers. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.
This company is horrible to work for, and the manager at the Buda location is supper unprofessional and lacks manager skills which a customer even told me before lmaoo! First they hired me, and trained me with someone who hasn’t even been there for 2 weeks !
