My experience with Jack Brown has been awesome. My dry cleaning is also completed on time and done correctly. Every time I go to the cleaners the staff knows my name and remembers how I like my shirts folded. No other dry cleaners has treated as well as Jack Brown. I would highly recommend Jack Brown!!!!!!

I just used this cleaners for the 1st time. They faded all of my ADIDAS jogging suits and black Polo Joggers. I called they gave me the run around and told me to call the Manufacturer of the company of my clothes. Like adidas & polo would answer my call. Don't have anything cleaned here you're not OK with being destroyed. Had a formal coat totally damaged and Jack Brown's refused any sort of damages reimbursement and told me it was against their policy. Refused to provide any sort of management contact as well. Good spot if you're desperate for same day turnaround but otherwise go to one of the many other local cleaners in the area.
This place sucks. I went to Soco location and they shrunk my $300 cashmere sweater to where it doesn’t even fit anymore. They didn’t even dry clean it, they threw it in the washer and got it all fuzzy. Beyond disappointed. Do not go here.
We started patronizing Jack Brown Cleaners a few months ago, after leaving our last cleaner (who gave our clothes to other people on two different occasions: once is a mistake, twice is a new cleaner).
