My experience with Jack Brown has been awesome. My dry cleaning is also completed on time and done correctly. Every time I go to the cleaners the staff knows my name and remembers how I like my shirts folded. No other dry cleaners has treated as well as Jack Brown. I would highly recommend Jack Brown!!!!!!

This place sucks. I went to Soco location and they shrunk my $300 cashmere sweater to where it doesn’t even fit anymore. They didn’t even dry clean it, they threw it in the washer and got it all fuzzy. Beyond disappointed. Do not go here.
We started patronizing Jack Brown Cleaners a few months ago, after leaving our last cleaner (who gave our clothes to other people on two different occasions: once is a mistake, twice is a new cleaner). This morning I brought a dry clean only blanket to the Jack Brown on Windsor. My cat had gotten feces on it when she was sick, and I informed the woman working the counter about the cause of the stain when I dropped it off as I know there are special protection requirements for staff when dealing with items that have bodily fluids. The woman asked me if I couldn't just wash it, and I told her it was a dry clean only item. Jack Brown ruined 5 of my cashmere sweaters (shrunk them) and the total of this is $1500. Their staff have been rude and have offered no help. I have emailed Paul Brown 4 times with no response at all. They also ruined my friend's suit and he got the same help - NONE. DO NOT USE THEM
