The front desk promised to clothes will be ready next day: they weren’t done. I went day after next before a winter freeze. She said they are not don’t yet, swore she will leave them in lockers for me. I kept calling the before during business hours, all unattended without option to leave voicemail. I came 14 minutes after closing , of course the store of closed and I don’t see my clothes in the lockers. 3 trips to the store and I don’ they are not ready yet. Worst experience as far as dry cleaners go.
We gave coat for dry cleaning and it came back with tons of hair stick to it. We ask them to redo it and second time even worse. I thought they would fix it. I am not sure how they dry cleaning it and lady at front desk do not know also. Where and how they are washing and whose hair it is picking it up. Looks like very dirty cleaner. I tried to contact the manager of the store and sent few text so far no response.
I was having good luck with jbc until a nee driver arrived. My laundry snd dry cleaning has not been picked up for 3+ week! Something is wrong with the jbc hiring/ onboarding/ compensation / customer service systems! I have called with my concerns but the response has not been acceptable.
Went there today to have 4 dresses dry cleaned. Was told it would cost $18.55 per dress. I was shocked! I asked about just having them pressed and that was only 25% off. Mind you, I haven't been to a dry cleaners since working from home during the pandemic but this seemed extremely expensive. Ended up not leaving them. I didn't want to buy them, just wanted them cleaned.
This place doesn’t deserve to be in business. When I drop off before 8am she always says I can’t get same day pick up. BUT today was the kicker. I stop by at 2:15pm to pick up and several people walking away from the locked door say note says gone to lunch, be back in 20 minutes. So, I go back by at 4:00pm. After multiple weeks of trying to settle a problem with the management with no success, this business has left us little choice but to warn others against using this location. We dropped off two articles of clothing and received a receipt. When we went back to pick up the clothing a couple days later, my wife was told her clothes were not there. Service good. Reliable no! I have now not gotten my clothes back three times. I was supposed to hear from a manager, and it’s been well over a week. The Kyle Texas location is unreliable.
I used to trust Jack Brown Cleaners with dry cleaning my church vestments, but no more after they ruined a $420 garment and refused to even contact me about it. It's been a month since I first reached out to them and I get now are spam emails.
Zero stars—one of my son’s shirt is missing. I received no phone calls from anyone. I had to check by stopping by, call , etc.. After a month, I was told to stop by to fill out a reimbursement form—which I did today. The clerk could not find the form and said I had to stop by whenever the manager was in.
