I used to trust Jack Brown Cleaners with dry cleaning my church vestments, but no more after they ruined a $420 garment and refused to even contact me about it. It's been a month since I first reached out to them and I get now are spam emails.

Zero stars—one of my son’s shirt is missing. I received no phone calls from anyone. I had to check by stopping by, call , etc.. After a month, I was told to stop by to fill out a reimbursement form—which I did today. The clerk could not find the form and said I had to stop by whenever the manager was in. That’s when I suggested she needed to find the form—when she actually located one. I should be compensated for my time, travel, and Saks shirt. No customer service here. Absolutely do not go here, They will ruin your clothing and keep it and ignore all phone calls and complaints. Filed against them in small claims court, they did not respond to being served and did not show up to small claims court, the judge granted a default judgement against them. They should be shut down. The manager at the Kyle location should be fired due to her terrible lack of customer service and argumentative behavior.

I'm having to go buy new pants today for my wedding tomorrow morning because the pants I dropped off Tuesday cannot be found. I have been to the location Wednesday, Thursday and today... and all three days they assured me that by 6:00 that same day my pants would be in. By now I have run out of time and cannot just assume that today will be the magic day that they show up. One star only because I can't give a negative star. My wife's sweater collar was ruined by the Jack Brown at Bee Caves over 2 months ago. The managers, Ariel and Veronica, were going to check on it and have yet to return it or even called us back. Every time we go to pick it up it is never at the store. You just can't trust dry cleaners any longer to do the right thing.

This place is a joke! They ruined my clothes and their rep at the cleaners response is this isn’t his problem! Their customer service number is nowhere to be found either!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They put my clothes under another customer’s name & tried to argue that we hadn’t dropped off there (where we’ve been going to over 12 years). Spouse had to go in the back and manually find our items, all while the employee in the store and the extremely rude employee on the phone argued about a missing item. Typically have had wonderful service but today was not good. From the moment I walked in with a very insincere welcome. To being no help with tailoring solution, just disappointing today. You are better because I've witnessed you be better.
