I have used your services for five years. Two weeks ago I brought in eight shirts to be dry cleaned. I drop them off on a Tuesday which means each shirt is $3.49 today while picking them up I have an $80 total the text that was sent to me said $42. How can there be an almost $40 discrepancy? I am completely outraged at the cost of your service, your staff told me it was because I had three laundered shirts. Hi Jeannette, you had drop offs from two separate days that were picked up and paid for today. You had 8 items dropped off on 11/9 ($38.49) and 8 items dropped off on 11/29 ($42.26) which came to a total of $80.75. There are some items that cannot be sent through laundry because they will ruin the garment. Fishing shirts are included in this because of the plastic snaps, zippers, or mesh lining that will melt. 1st time to use jack brown will also be the last. Lady at counter was older and didn't give a damn about the poor job that was done. Paid the 34 dollars for 4 pairs of jeans heavy starch that had zero starch in them. What a waste of time and money. Took 4 days as well to get those done. Terrible service terrible job done. Actually the worst cleaners I've ever been to as far as quality goes.
