I like coming in there, because the service is great, the staff is friendly, and sometimes they remember your name.
Excellent timely service provided by a group of employees who take pride in their work, working together or provide professional service and exceed customer's expectations. They produce results demonstrate that all dry cleaners are not alike. It's easy to see why the team at Esteem Cleaners was chosen as the California Dry Cleaners of the Year. Thanks for taking outstanding care of my clothes.
Excellent service
The girl helping me both when I dropped off and picked up was extremely helpful and very nice. This was my first time using esteem cleaners and I felt very comfortable leaving a few higher end items with them, a feeling that is really hard to find. I will definitely use them again even though its a little out of the way living in alhambra, the drive is worth having the piece of mind of knowing my items are being cared for properly.
The service was friendly and helpful. I had a 3 piece suit dry cleaned that I needed quickly and they got it done. After I left the store, I realized I did not have my shirt. The staff was apologetic and courteous. Fortunately I had not yet left the parking lot.
I just moved to the Pasadena area from Arizona and I couldn't be happier with the services Esteem Cleaners provides. Easy drop off and easy pick up made for a great experience. I've found my go-to dry cleaners!
