had a difficult stain on a really nice jacket that I thought was not savable. the gentleman looked at the stain and checked on it immediately then assured me it would be fine. His confidence really put me at ease and the next business day I picked up the jacket - the stain was indeed gone. I really appreciated the team there handling this as it was really important to me. The staff very friendly! The service drop off service is fast and like the email notification. I requested light starch - but my husband stated it was too light on the starch and the shirts wrinkled very fast. New customer didn't get 15% discount for first timer.
