had a difficult stain on a really nice jacket that I thought was not savable. the gentleman looked at the stain and checked on it immediately then assured me it would be fine. The staff very friendly! The service drop off service is fast and like the email notification. I requested light starch - but my husband stated it was too light on the starch and the shirts wrinkled very fast. New customer didn't get 15% discount for first timer.
Excellent and Fast
Very nice and knowledgeable support staff
Great service and very fast with the alterations I needed.
Great service on my clothes..great reminders on emails. Some reminders were incorrect..I did not have my clothes at shop for over 60 days.
I was pleased to find that the staff was very friendly and professional. The process was quick and I was happy with the end result. I will be coming back for future services.
First visit ...great customer service and efficient. Received my clothes sooner than expected.
The drapes look great and we’re done in just 2 days. Price was good, too. There was a bit of a question regarding pick up and delivery as stated in coupon, and bar code was missing from coupon as printed. I’m very happy with the results and will use their services again as needed.
