when I arrive at Esteem Cleaners. they know who I am, greet me by name usually, and are friendly and efficient processing my order. I am in and out quickly.

We have been going to Esteem Cleaners for years now and hope to continue to go for years to come. They do a great job of taking care of our dry cleaning needs. Our clothes are always ready when I come in. One day I was running behind and forgot to pick up my daughter's band uniform. I called them when I realized I would get there after they closed...they offered to stay late for me so I could pick up the uniform. I really appreciated their help. Great place, great people!
There was a sort of misunderstanding when I was told that the suit will be ready by Thursday. Upon calling to pick up the same at Pasadena branch, lady who was on duty told me that it will be ready after 5pm. I said I can’t come cause I’m going somewhere so picking it up will be done Friday instead. I also noticed a a stain on jacket arm which I was advised I can’t be removed anymore.
we have been a LONG time faithful customer of esteem cleaners. the service has always been great when the mgr conrad was in pasadena. after the pandemic, conrad was moved to their glendale store, everything changed. then the owner ray decided to take away the discount for ALL their old, reg customers WITHOUT notifying us! and when i asked about the wrong charge, i was given a long speech w/no apology of doing this w/no warning to the customer! i found another honest drycleaners immediately!
Item was not available upon arrival. Was told to pick up by 5 p.m on Wednesday ( what said on the ticket), but when I arrived, the employee said it would be here in another 40 minutes. I decided to come back around 6:45, my item wasn't here still and he told me to wait for another 20 minutes. It totally wasted my time. I choose this business because it is close to my home, but this will be my first and last time.
