His confidence really put me at ease and the next business day I picked up the jacket - the stain was indeed gone. I really appreciated the team there handling this as it was really important to me. The staff very friendly! The service drop off service is fast and like the email notification. I requested light starch - but my husband stated it was too light on the starch and the shirts wrinkled very fast. New customer didn't get 15% discount for first timer.
