The pickup and delivery process was very easy. I think that you should greet brand new customers in a more friendly way and offer them more information about the services. I mentioned I was new to the area and the associate didn't say much. So, I prompted her to ask if you offer delivery etc and then she answered me. I think having a new customer start up package would be a good idea - that's how they did it for me in Boston when I lived there. Our cleaners because family friends!
I like coming in there, because the service is great, the staff is friendly, and sometimes they remember your name.
Excellent timely service provided by a group of employees who take pride in their work, working together or provide professional service and exceed customer's expectations. Excellent service
The girl helping me both when I dropped off and picked up was extremely helpful and very nice. This was my first time using esteem cleaners and I felt very comfortable leaving a few higher end items with them, a feeling that is really hard to find. I will definitely use them again even though its a little out of the way living in alhambra, the drive is worth having the piece of mind of knowing my items are being cared for properly.
The service was friendly and helpful. I had a 3 piece suit dry cleaned that I needed quickly and they got it done. After I left the store, I realized I did not have my shirt. The staff was apologetic and courteous. Fortunately I had not yet left the parking lot.
I just moved to the Pasadena area from Arizona and I couldn't be happier with the services Esteem Cleaners provides. Easy drop off and easy pick up made for a great experience. I've found my go-to dry cleaners!
