Dry cleaning was ready a day ahead of promised .
These guys ruined my basketball jersey worth about 120 and expected me to pay half out the jersey after they ruined it. They didn’t want to take responsibility and to make things worse the real manager was horrible with customer service and only offered me 20 bucks or take him to court as he said. Very unprofessional and rude. Just another company trying to come up on a regular guy. It’s a shame. They told me a couple days they would contact me and it’s been over a week and nothing.
when I picked up my clothes I noticed there were many stains on my pants (2) and I was really disappointed. The receptionist said she will ask the cleaners to redo, and i can pick up on Wednesday and I really needs my clothes back. I do not like the delay and the drive back and forth is too much when it should have been done on the first try.
I was charged $20.77 for a short sleeveless unlinen linen dress, when I question the charge I was told it was linen and required special pressing. I said I should have washed and ironed it myself, your prices are way too expensive. When I returned home and took off the plastic I found your tag of sorry could not remove the spots only to find you had damaged my turquoise dress by leaving two white spots where you attempted to remove the spots. Your service is great but outrageously overpriced . . .
I was told when i dropped of the dress to pick it up on the following wednesday but when i got there at 6pm that day they said it was not ready. I had to wait another day to pick it up. If someone would have notified my that it would not be ready then i would have been fine with it. The explanation i was given was the worker gave me the wrong date for pickup but the reciept had tge wednesday date. I will probably not return. Though your work is good, the young Latina who took my order was wearing a T shirt that had the outline of a gun on it. I told her that I am against guns and the violence and heartache that they create. She represents your business at the front of your store, and should think about how she dresses and presents you.
Way too expensive for 3 dress shirts and 1 pair of pants...$26.00. Extremely unreasonable!
