Item was not available upon arrival. Was told to pick up by 5 p.m on Wednesday ( what said on the ticket), but when I arrived, the employee said it would be here in another 40 minutes. I decided to come back around 6:45, my item wasn't here still and he told me to wait for another 20 minutes. It totally wasted my time. I choose this business because it is close to my home, but this will be my first and last time.

Hello, I’m trying to unsubscribe from your email list and receive an error message when I tried sending the unsubscribe email. This should be fixed ASAP as it’s illegal to not have a valid unsubscribe option. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
My blouse was damaged
They did not alter my pants correctly. I had taken the hem down myself prior to bringing to you. The ask was to sew the hem to be be the smallest possible so I could lengthen the pants. I picked them up yesterday, paid 17.00 to find them sewn with the same hem line that I had removed. I will be returning to have them redone. I expect not to pay. Lynn Melillo
