My blouse was damaged
They did not alter my pants correctly. I had taken the hem down myself prior to bringing to you. The ask was to sew the hem to be be the smallest possible so I could lengthen the pants. I picked them up yesterday, paid 17.00 to find them sewn with the same hem line that I had removed. I will be returning to have them redone. I expect not to pay. Lynn Melillo

These guys ruined my basketball jersey worth about 120 and expected me to pay half out the jersey after they ruined it. They didn’t want to take responsibility and to make things worse the real manager was horrible with customer service and only offered me 20 bucks or take him to court as he said. Very unprofessional and rude. Just another company trying to come up on a regular guy. It’s a shame. They told me a couple days they would contact me and it’s been over a week and nothing.
when I picked up my clothes I noticed there were many stains on my pants (2) and I was really disappointed. The receptionist said she will ask the cleaners to redo, and i can pick up on Wednesday and I really needs my clothes back. I do not like the delay and the drive back and forth is too much when it should have been done on the first try.
