My dress pants were fixed correctly but I did not receive a call to let me know they were ready.
Dress was altered and cleaned . Turned out great !
I brought them a down quilted cover for a mattress pad that was stained with feces. They let me know that it was not to be dry cleaned, but that they felt they could do something to get it cleaned. I explained that it was already ruined, so anything they could do would help. They worked diligently and removed most of the stain, and fluffed it for multiple hours.
