Clothes were fine and pick up service was great. However, i was charged by the piece for my suits. Thus, the pricing quote didn't align.
This was my first time to use Elite Cleaners and as for as customer service goes I cannot say enough good things. The staff was courteous, helpful and even gave me the 20% discount I was due without the actual coupon in hand.
Being a new customer to Elite, my first group of clothing went in and came back in a short time, which is a good thing. I had a request (verbal, so it may have not reached the pressers), regarding the french cuffs on one of my shirts- to be careful of the press lines that can appear on the outter side of the cuff. Had no issues. They accepted my coupon, clothes came back intact and clean, and the guy up front was relatively friendly.
Great customer service and quick turn around time. Elite was a big asset to have on our side after our house flooded.

She took the time to make sure all my information was correct in the system being a new customer and she did not make me feel rushed even though she was very busy she handled the customer service very good. When I picked them up the young man did a very good job in making sure I was pleased with the outcome and was very people orientated. Clothes looked great and the service was outstanding. thank you!
