Continue to be in love with your service!! It was the Presidents Day and we assumed there wouldn't be any regular pick up. When we realized our neighbor got their laundry delivered later that day, I texted our delivery person. My husband needed some clothes done by the weekend for his business trip. I brought in a down jacket and was amazed at how clean you were able to get it. It's a few years old and I thought some stains were permanent. The staff people were very friendly at both drop-off and pick-up.
Your employees were very helpful and friendly. It was my first time to this cleaners and I was very impressed! They went over the store hours, and services that you provide and I was able to pick up my jacket the very next day!
What a relief to simply put out clothes on Mondays and Thursdays and have them automatically returned. My work hours are long so I often can't get to Dependable by 7 PM---this takes care of it! Thank you.
