I had almost 2 months to call and go to the laundry because of 1 jacket, and they always told me something new and different dates to get the jacket, and I live in Brockton, I had to make several trips on purpose just to know if the jacket was ready.. they hardly answer calls .. and they didn't even call to say if the jacket was ready..
Unexpectedly extremely expensive, and some spots were clearly not treated.
Comparing the price of my alterations to what they were pre Covid I was upset..... it seems that the prices have been raised 15-20% to make up for your lost income. Needless to say.... I will find a more economical alternative
Fantastic, as usual. Everything I have done always comes back perfectly laundered/cleaned. Been a happy, satisfied customer for over 30 years. Always recommend your store to friends. Great job, and a great staff, helpful, friendly, courteous.
My jacket was not cleaned even for small spots. It seemed like the dry cleaning work was not done properly. I pointed to the assistance manager and she agreed. I will not return to this location again.
Items always look fantastic, ready when promised Dependable and staff are great
Brought in a king comforter and king throw blanket both brand new. One week later got both of them back with pilling and pulls in the material which I was not expecting at all. Not sure if the washers have other items in them or not but I will not be going back. For clothes might be okay. But for comforters and larger blankets it was a waste of my time and money.
Received a “final notice” flyer warning me to pick up my clothes. I never received any prior notices, and would have been happy to pick up my clothes in March, had you not been closed for 3 months. Completely tone deaf and annoying for a commodity service.
Very disappointed, I forgot to take my wallet out my police uniform and I went to pick it up today. I received my wallet and when I looked inside, the cash was gone. Never expected that from the employees there.
