Mattress cover ripped open, no phone call about the damage, they found it stuffed into a bin at the tailor with stuffing out of the cover... no call to me to discuss Still waiting for someone to call- it’s ruined
What a horrible situation tried to get my veil cleaned not repaired they tried to charge me $150 not ok and don’t recommend anyone for getting gowns or wedding cleaned or repaired. Talk about a rip off no good recommendations from me. Nicole Mayo
Everything was great. Love the pick up and delivery. Very easy. I just put my bag out on my porch and forget about it till a few days later when it’s all returned to me perfectly cleaned

The woman at the counter would not take my wedding to be slightly hemmed. There was plenty of time, but she was “waiting for the guy” to come in and tell her. That’s not a way to run an operation.
