I dropped off a bag about 5 days prior to a vacation. The woman working at Dependable/Cohasset Said my clothes would be back on Saturday. There was no mention of the hours being shortened. There was no posting at the checkout area. After my 3rd try to get my clothes I noticed a sign folded over on the front door stating a limited schedule but it was impossible to see being folded. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. I did not have my clothes for vacation.
We had been hesitant to do the free pick up and delivery, thinking nothing is free. The rate was the exact same as taking it ourselves. Aside from that the driver left a hook to hang the clean clothes on, which we had not thought of. He could have just hung them on the door knob which would not have been great, as that could have caused scratches in the paint.
I dropped off 8 shirts and they only had 6.. they looked into it and said I only dropped 7 but my drop off receipt said 8?! Thought I was confused or lying ( not sure) it’s been a day and still have not heard from them!
Two problems: Dependable Cleaners didn't text me prior to its delivery and apparently didn't take the credit card information that I was required to post on its website when I signed up for contactless delivery. As a result, the delivery person showed up at the same time I had an electrician in the front door vestibule, where the clothing was to be dropped off. Not so great... I had a white jeans that was kept because of stain (they said). I was charged 18 bucks and the jeans was returned to me yes without stains but dirty... I love you guys, but last job was terrible
Need more weekend hours. I got an email at 10:23 on Saturday that my order was ready and you are closed until Tuesday...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER PERSON'S. LAUNDRY .WHEN THEY LOCATED MY LAUNDRY. SOME OF MY WORK SHIRTS WERE MISSING .ALL OF MY BRAND NEW SOX!!!!-! AND A WHITE PAIR OF JEANS THAT HAVE THE RUGGED HOLES IN THEM .VERY EXSPESIVE PANTS TO BUY WITH TEARS IN THEN .I LOVE THEN THEY FIT ME JUST RIGHT !! HOPEFLY ALL WILL BE FOUND
First time using your service. My 2 blouses were promised Friday; They were not ready. Told maybe Monday, prob Tuesday. Had planned to wear one of the blouses to an event Saturday. Not at all satisfied. Plus, requested husbands dress shirt folded. Came back on a hanger. Terrible.
