Very courteous, efficient, and knowledgable employees.
Everyone at this location is absolutely great, professional, caring of my individual needs and always willing to go the extra mile. My only complaint is with main office. I have called twice to try to set up free pickup and delivery. No one has yet to return my calls. I am partially disabled and would love to be able to take advantage of this constantly advertised offer. Thank you.

It wasn't my first time with Dependable, just new to that dorchester location. Initial concern, no pricing posted, my new garments doubled because I wanted them hemed but she said because they had to cut them it was more, she pulled off my tags threw my extra buttons away, never asked. Double the price for a jumpsuit as well to over 30 dollars because, it was a jumpsuit to "cut". The young lady was not friendly, didn't smile and actually made me feel like I wasn't suppose to be there. She tried to make me pay in full, but i ... read more
