I dropped off items back on January 21st, 2023. I received an email on January 25th, 2023 telling me all items (7 items) were ready. Due to business travel, I went to pick it up today, March 11, 2023, and was told one of my items was not ready - I had been told it was dropped off on March 10th, but that wasn't true, and it's unclear why it wasn't ready or what happened in the last ~2 months. You have a wonderful group of employees who delight me each and every time I drop by. No wonder I give you a large bag of Christmas truffles from Lindt Chocolatier every year.
I have requested numerous times that my sweaters be hung not folded. Yet, when I pick up my order, there are the sweaters, tightly wrapped around cardboard, covered in plastic bag. When sweaters are packaged that way, they need to be ironed before wearing. What does it take to get my message in your system?

Quick and easy but disappointed that I couldn't use my coupon. I received a 25% coupon through email and it didn't say there was an exclusion on wedding dresses but the associate helping me said I couldn't use it.
