As always my three pairs of pants were perfectly cleaned!!
I received emails telling me my coat was ready for pick up when I arrived I was told it wasn’t there and that no emails were sent I got my phone and located the emails and showed the person and she said it still was at the plant and couldn’t explain why I got emails. The coat had been paid for and was badly stained by the dry cleaning process and as there was no blue card on it to indicate a stain or problem seeing the extend of the problem when it was sent back to be redone makes me concerned about the length of time it’s r... read more
Very bad experience. Canada goose jacket was sent for dry clean and home delivery. More than 3 weeks and the jacket I didn’t it and I end up taking the jacket from the store myself.
I brought in a jacket for cleaning. The jacket came just past my hip. They said it would be the cost of a coat because a jacket stops at the waist. Not so. Some jackets come past the waist and that shouldn’t be an excuse to charge for a full length coat. Overcharging.
I just open the Carpet is not what i was expected for $120 dollar to clean my carpet very poor job still very dirt i didn’t see any difference that’s so sad doesn’t worth that money i rent a machine and do by myself very disappointed
I believe that you shrunk my clothes!!!
I went for a dry clean. My zipper and one of my sleeve still had stuff there I had to re clean it home. I paid 55$ for nothing. Never again. I wasn’t clean at all I could have done it myself!
