It wasn't my first time with Dependable, just new to that dorchester location. Initial concern, no pricing posted, my new garments doubled because I wanted them hemed but she said because they had to cut them it was more, she pulled off my tags threw my extra buttons away, never asked. Double the price for a jumpsuit as well to over 30 dollars because, it was a jumpsuit to "cut". only half the order was ready when I went to pick it up
I left a comforter and 2 pillow shams to be cleaned. I told person at counter that I had a coupon. I've brought the same set every year to be cleaned and I was charged about $28.00 each time for the 3 pieces. This time I was charged $78.00. The manager gave me a $16.00 discount. Price way too high. Never expected an increase like that. Dependable has lost my business
Whether it's my dry cleaning or wdf it is always perfect ! All staff are always friendly and courteous.
Terrible, very terrible! I was insulted by a girl staff simply because they don't understand what I am saying and I demanded for apology, the young girl said over her dead body, I tried to reach any higher authority in the company, they told me that I am wasting my time and truly I discovered nothing can be done about it . I was nonplussed. I think I consider that company a terrible organization were office ethics and standards are totally out of place. It's a shame!
Over charged me nearly $200 ($198) for just few clothes. Very Nice staff members
They lost part of my outfit that was specifically made for it and couldn't be replaced. In all this time it has never been found??? Did it disappear??? Did someone take it??? I don't understand how you can loose a piece of an outfit. Why wouldn't it have been kept together??? It was a very expensive oufit I got at a Bridal Shop for my sons wedding. I had 2 women's suits cleaned and 1 shirt laundered.Idid not look at the slip until Iwent to pick them up today.The shirt was charged$10.0.I questioned the charge. The clerk got very belligerent. I had also requested tissue in the sleeves.She said dependable no longer does that.I requested help putting the suits in the car.She got quite angry and said I would have to move my car in front of the store which I did. I have been a customer for over 40 years.I am 84 with a handicap tag. Her name begins with M.
