Waited 15 minutes before I could pick up my oder
The service was excellent but the coupon I brought in which was 30% off pants and skirts and the computer wouldn't take the code so I couldn't get the discount. The company should make sure these codes are active. The salesclerk was great but nothing he could do. I'm not sure what the final cost was either. Thank You Gail Schroth
I drive almost 45 minutes one way to do business here. That alone speaks for itself. The closest store to me is just horrible and must be closed

I dropped off items back on January 21st, 2023. I received an email on January 25th, 2023 telling me all items (7 items) were ready. Due to business travel, I went to pick it up today, March 11, 2023, and was told one of my items was not ready - I had been told it was dropped off on March 10th, but that wasn't true, and it's unclear why it wasn't ready or what happened in the last ~2 months.
