Over charged me nearly $200 ($198) for just few clothes. Very Nice staff members
They lost part of my outfit that was specifically made for it and couldn't be replaced. In all this time it has never been found??? Did it disappear??? Did someone take it??? I don't understand how you can loose a piece of an outfit. Why wouldn't it have been kept together??? It was a very expensive oufit I got at a Bridal Shop for my sons wedding. I had 2 women's suits cleaned and 1 shirt laundered.Idid not look at the slip until Iwent to pick them up today.The shirt was charged$10.0.I questioned the charge. The clerk got very belligerent. I had also requested tissue in the sleeves.She said dependable no longer does that.I requested help putting the suits in the car.She got quite angry and said I would have to move my car in front of the store which I did. I have been a customer for over 40 years.I am 84 with a handicap tag. Her name begins with M.
Great job by the crew again. Never a bad moment there. Everyone always is super helpful and knowledgeable.
Phenomenal service and super quality work. Why waste your precious personal time when you can get this quality at a low cost? The best tailor in the business doesn't hurt either. Thank you guys for everything

I , again, dropped off my clothes. The employee asked me to pay up front.. I told him I would pay when I picked the order up. He got argumentative with me saying how much it cost the owner to pay all the costs of cleaning. He then told me “there’s a 140 orders here that haven’t been payed for”. I dropped off 16 pieces on Wednesday 04/24, and was promised they would be ready Thursday. I got there late Friday morning and they could only find 13. Eventually I was told the remaining 3 would be delivered to the Gallen St, Watertown store by close of business Friday. I got there Saturday morning and they only had 2 of 3 pieces. They never apply the discount 25% this why they didn't use unless you ask for it. Don't send cuppon or MSN if u not apply it
