I drive almost 45 minutes one way to do business here. That alone speaks for itself. The closest store to me is just horrible and must be closed

Due to business travel, I went to pick it up today, March 11, 2023, and was told one of my items was not ready - I had been told it was dropped off on March 10th, but that wasn't true, and it's unclear why it wasn't ready or what happened in the last ~2 months.
