As I see Karen O. said, yes a bit pricey. 10 flannel shirts and a winter coat = $96. I asked when they would be available, was told "tomorrow". I said wow 1 day? Impressive... my wife tells me I probably paid a premium for 1 day ?? Damned if I know..
I had a skirt dry cleaned and had a $10 gift certificate. My order came to $9.28. I was told that I couldn't use the gift certificate for less than $10. It is not written anywhere on the gift certificate. I offered to let them keep the change but they still wouldn't accept it. I no longer work in an environment requiring profession dress. How exactly do I create dry cleanable items? I have additional gift certificates I received as gifts when I needed to dress professionally.
Terrible! They lost my real horn buttons on my Gloverall Duffel Coat. Was told on Friday when I picked up the items that the manger would call me on Saturday. Nope. Stopped by on Saturday evening and they said the manager would call me on Monday. Nope. Now I'm going to have to spend at least $30 ordering replacement buttons from England. Very annoyed and disappointed.

I am always pleased with my dry cleaning! But...twice I have asked that my sweaters be folded and when I pick them up, they are on hangers...aggravating. The other thing that has always bothered me is that my bill is never itemized- just a total- I would appreciate seeing what each item cost. I do not trust that I have gotten the right discounts... I am just a suspicious person!
Normally I'd rate you much higher, even a 5, but I've had two recent problems: 1. Twice I attached a note to a shirt with a safety pin (so it couldn't have fallen off on its own, someone took it off) that asked for button replacements. Both times the note was ignored: no new buttons, no message. 2. I sent a linen jacket in for dry cleaning. The pressing of the jacket was very sloppy, and in fact was pressed such that the bottom hem of the jacket was rolled over. Now there's a crease there which my wife will try to tak... read more
Disappointed in the service at the Hancock st location. Dropped my order off and asked if it would be ready for next day service I was assured by the young girl it would be ready after 5 pm. I returned the next day and was told your order is " on the floor in the back" and won't be ready until the next day. I sent an email to management and never heard back but I received an email to vote for them as my favorite local business. I will be going back to my local family-owned dry cleaners.
Over the past 6 months, I asked twice for the return a fur coat in storage and was told that there was none. A month ago, which I picked up other items, the fur coat appeared. I was distressed that it disappeared, and I questioned whether I might have lost it. I am very glad to have it back, and I would appreciate your thanking the employee who found it.
