Over charged me nearly $200 ($198) for just few clothes. Very Nice staff members
I had 2 women's suits cleaned and 1 shirt laundered.Idid not look at the slip until Iwent to pick them up today.The shirt was charged$10.0.I questioned the charge. The clerk got very belligerent. I had also requested tissue in the sleeves.She said dependable no longer does that.I requested help putting the suits in the car.She got quite angry and said I would have to move my car in front of the store which I did. I have been a customer for over 40 years.I am 84 with a handicap tag. Her name begins with M.
I drive almost 45 minutes one way to do business here. That alone speaks for itself. The closest store to me is just horrible and must be closed
Quick and easy but disappointed that I couldn't use my coupon. I received a 25% coupon through email and it didn't say there was an exclusion on wedding dresses but the associate helping me said I couldn't use it.
I came in for a wedding dress cleaning after realizing that the dress I wore for my mini-ceremony last year had oxidized stains on the front. I needed it to wear for our bigger reception this year, and was nervous about the turnaround time and the job because the dress is a stark white mikado with no beading or lace to hide any blemishes. However, everything turned out great. The dress came back ahead of schedule, was packaged professionally, and looked as good as new. I'm so glad I took my dress to Dependable Cleaners!
I left two garments with Dependable Cleaners to be altered. When I went to pick them up, half of one of the two garments had not been tailored at all. Luckily, I did not need to wear the item that day. I was inconvenienced by this incomplete performance. For the price that you are charging, one expects the job to be done correctly. I go to two different Dependable Cleaners near me. I had this less than satisfactory experience at the Milton, Massachusetts Dependable Cleaners. Mrs. Ward
