The lady didn’t write down a price before I dropped my coat. Then she put a big surprise price when I pick up.
I was very unhappy with communication regarding my dry cleaning (there wasn’t any). It wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, but because of the poor service I was not charged. That shows positive customer service.
Garment was ready when it was supposed to be and very well done. In and out both dropping off and picking up.
Brought in 5 shirts with the expectation of dry cleaning 1 and laundering the other 4. When i arrived to pick them up they were all dry cleaned and i was charged for dry cleaning "$40.". I asked why they didn't provide me with what i asked for and i was told that the shirts couldn't be laundered because they needed light ironing and the laundered shirts are high heat ironing. Dont. Staff are wonderful, but ypur pricing is too high. Will go back to other dry clieaner. Although not as convenient.
And frankly, exorbitantly priced. Too much.
Charged for cleaning when some of my order was press only. Required a second visit and follow-up phone call to fix.

Asked for bottoms to be sewn on - buttons were not sewn on and bottoms lost with no suitable replacements. Now have to find new buttons an replace remaining
