I was specific with my concerns of the cardboard and hard corse paper causing me to only have to iron clothes after having them dry cleaned. Horrible!!!!
There was a stain on my grey coat that not there at dope off and was not removed. This happened before. Found a bleached mark on the pants of my suit. Gave you another chance. After the recent incident, I will not be using your service anymore.
Terrible . Assured that the shirt button would be replaced with the original that I provided at drop off . As per usual, it was not . This is certainly not the first time Dependable has been not dependable. You have lost all my business.
Premium fee for terrible service . Promise one thing and deliver the bare minimum.
The lady didn’t write down a price before I dropped my coat. Then she put a big surprise price when I pick up.
I was very unhappy with communication regarding my dry cleaning (there wasn’t any). It wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, but because of the poor service I was not charged. That shows positive customer service.
Garment was ready when it was supposed to be and very well done. In and out both dropping off and picking up.
Brought in 5 shirts with the expectation of dry cleaning 1 and laundering the other 4. When i arrived to pick them up they were all dry cleaned and i was charged for dry cleaning "$40.". I asked why they didn't provide me with what i asked for and i was told that the shirts couldn't be laundered because they needed light ironing and the laundered shirts are high heat ironing. Dont.
