As always my three pairs of pants were perfectly cleaned!!
I brought in a jacket for cleaning. The jacket came just past my hip. They said it would be the cost of a coat because a jacket stops at the waist. Not so. Some jackets come past the waist and that shouldn’t be an excuse to charge for a full length coat. Overcharging.
I believe that you shrunk my clothes!!!
It was a hand-woven fabric that had a horrific odor. It's now odor free!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER PERSON'S. LAUNDRY .WHEN THEY LOCATED MY LAUNDRY. SOME OF MY WORK SHIRTS WERE MISSING .ALL OF MY BRAND NEW SOX!!!!-! AND A WHITE PAIR OF JEANS THAT HAVE THE RUGGED HOLES IN THEM .VERY EXSPESIVE PANTS TO BUY WITH TEARS IN THEN .I LOVE THEN THEY FIT ME JUST RIGHT !! HOPEFLY ALL WILL BE FOUND
My jacket was not cleaned even for small spots. It seemed like the dry cleaning work was not done properly. I pointed to the assistance manager and she agreed. I will not return to this location again.
