We are long time Dependable customers and would never go elsewhere. Monica is the best!
Dep[endable Cleaners successfully removed stain from my sweater at a reasonable price, however, they charged $30 for a minor sewing job!
Process has gotten better. I have had problems with white shirts coming out yellow in the collars, cuffs + in the front. This has not happened as much recently.
first I realized that clerk had given me someone else's slip for my dry cleaning.One of the garments was still dirty. Secondly out of 6 shirts laundered three were sent back because of stains. I did not appreciate it that no further attempts were made to rerun these garments )without me being the quality control. I expected much more from dependable(not).
