I dropped off more then 40 items for dry cleaning and only received 15 at the most. The rest of my items appearently were misplaced. I called and spoke to several employees there and their response was they’re are still looking for them, and now it has been been months. It is both extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. I will not be bringing my business here again. Lastly, if there was an option on here to give this company a negative review I would.
After leaving five men's shirts at the Milton store, when I returned to pick them up there were only four shirts! Three different cashiers tried to find it with no luck. Another woman came from out back and after about fifteen minutes she found the shirt. It had been put in with someone else's order in error. Too expensive and customer service was just ok at pick up. Never offered to help bring clothes to car.
I dropped off an article of clothing October 2018 and only recieved it back yesterday! I called the store and went twice in person to try and find my jacket back in October. Dependable stated they did not have and never had my jacket. What a debacle. I will never drop off anything to Dependable Cleaners again.
My experience going well
The cleaning quality is not good. A coat I took for cleaning had food spot on it. When I picked up the coat the food spots were still there like the coat was not cleaned. If those spots were hard to removed I should be told and not be charged. I brought the coat back and waiting to see the results.
You found my lost sweatshirt and called back when you said!
I brought in three pairs of pants: each needing a hem, one needing a zipper, and one needing a touch-up around the seam of the pockets. I wasn't given a receipt, and the prices are not listed on the site, but it wound up costing $93. Looking at the average costs in New England for tailoring and alterations, a hem should be about $15, a zipper about $20. That'd be $65, so I'm not sure how the two minor pocket seam touch-ups would bump it up almost $30. In the future I'll be sure to get a price quote prior to leaving my clothe... read more
Service and turn around were great. I was disappointed because the was salt fron the street on my pants leg which just needed to be rinsed out before dry cleaning but wasn't and was returned as "a stain we couldn't get out" but which I easily rinsed out at home. I guess I should have done that before I brought it in.
