Staff was so friendly both on drop off and pick up. I used a coupon and thought the price was very fair. I couldn’t give 5 stars because when I got home and took the comforter out of the bag, it was still damp. I quickly spread it out over the couch and had the ceiling fan run on it overnight, changing its positions periodically. I worried about a smell that could have developed, especially if I wouldn’t have opened it right when I got home.

Your employee was very good in explaining the process of reminders when your order was ready. My order was returned before the promised date and the pressing was excellent.
We had some comforters that had mold stains from water damage we sustained. I was pleasantly surprised, (actually shocked), that you were able to remove all the stains, and at a reasonable price. Yolanda was very knowledgeable and helpful. Based on my experience, Comet is superior in all ways to the others I have tried.

Dezavala location is the best dry cleaner in town. This location offers the best of everything. Yolanda and Mark are the best, when it comes to customer service. Helotes location is closer to me but I go the extra mile just because the service I get all the time at the Zavala location.
