The bed comforter shrank a lot. Not able to use it anymore, will have to trash it.

Colors on blouse changed. Also, black lint on it that could not have come from anything I wore or had next to the outside of the blouse. Was told video would be reviewed. No notes on that when I picked it up.

Was unable to do next day service at location. It was 5 days before my items were ready, none of the items were delicate. On the way to pick up my items I saw your delivery driver almost cause collisions with 2 other drivers on 1604 and Culebra. Headed in the same direction to arrive at the same destination as your driver. Delivery is a wonderful amenity but not at the cost of vehicle collision.

The employee and store manager were not clear with pricing. I was not quoted the correct amount when I left my items. Then, was given an amount that I was not prepared to pay when I went to pick up my items. I would not have left my items had I known the accurate amount upfront. Very disappointed.

Twice I’ve asked to crease the patch on my uniform and twice it has not been done. Yet I still get charged without any discount. I’m not looking for anything free jus good quality work.
