Sorry but the collars on my shirts are not coming back clean, even after a second cleaning. I am going to try another cleaners because whatever processes they use are not getting the job done. Sad!
You have out priced yourself. I will look to other cleaners for comparable pricing. Many years doing business with you and knowing men's items are way cheaper than women's. Shame on you!!
Shirts always need to be re ironed or touch up. This is a constant! I do it every morning. Slacks usually are okay but sometimes double creased. Hate the bagging system by not putting matching pieces together. Prefer suit pieces together, slacks with slacks, shirts with shirts. There have been times after getting slacks a note is attached saying tried to get a stain out of which wasn’t on items when brought to be cleaned. I haven’t received my item back. I’ve gone twice for pick up and each time the front desk has had to turn me away empty handed. Wish they’d just give me a courtesy call when it was ready instead of saying, “hmmm, it was suppose to be done by now? Maybe try again in a few hours or tomorrow.” Very frustrating and waste of time.
