Signed up online and gave my precise address and phone number. Their driver took my welcome box with garment bags and order forms to an address no where near me and that receiver notified me by calling my number on the box. I will not trust a company like this with my garments with drivers like this!

You delivered an empty bag and did not return my tablecloth nor napkins. There was no explanation. So, if my items are delayed, let me know. It is a special tablecloth and I don’t know where it is!

Clothes come out with spots from too many chemicals and your prices even with a discount are outrageous- looking elsewhere
I took my bedspread in to dry clean with my coupon. You've done this before. I was very happy with the results. I also had to chance I asked your clerk if that was included. She didn't answer me and I said if not I have a 30% off on dry cleaning. She took the coupons and then she put the shams in with the bedspread. I thought they were both covered. To my surprise.
