You didn’t dry clean my jacket because of a pin whole in the sleeve. So what?! I needed that jacket for a wedding. Then you wouldn’t even press it when I was there to pick it up?! And lastly, without a coupon, your prices are ridiculous!

I am a long time customer. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. No matter how great my clothes look.....that refusal is what I remember the most

Maybe someone can tell my why every time I put certain clothes in for specific things to be completed on them, the clothes are never completed as I instructed. The responsibility for my items remains with me the owner. If I specific what I need to get done. Than I expect it to be completed. Please respond asap with a solution to this issue. We are new to the area and have been looking for a new cleaners. I dropped off our clothes and asked for heavy starch. After getting home and putting the clothes away, I noticed that they did not get the heavy starch as requested... Kinda bummed... Thank you, Nancy Baez

Had stains on 2 pair white capris. Both stains are out and they are white as ever!
I arrived and dropped off two items for the first time. It was a JROTC uniform. I told the girl I needed it dry cleaned. I brought a total of 14 pieces of clothes 9 shirts and 5 pants, one of them has a small stain on top looks like rust, this has occurred before and three shirts they did a poor job of ironing which I will be returning to correct it.
