Same ole same ole. Not consistent, sometimes good most times not up to par. Not enough starch in shirts. 95 percent of the time I have to touch them up before wearing them. Lately press slacks has been in consistent which once was a strong point. Pay to much money to not be satisfied especially since you guys have raised prices. Customer for 17 years but seriously considering leaving and trying some other dry cleaners. The staff is always wonderful, helpful and understanding.

Every time I brought in my husband’s pants. They were wrinkled. He took them in once and they came back the same. He was not happy at all with the services. These are his work pants that are always heavy starched.

Go here once per week for several years now. Yesterday Saturday I went to pick up. Had a coupon with me which I handed to the attendant and give her the heads up about the coupon. Several minutes later she returned with my debit card and stated that the card did not go through. I had used the card earlier and then used it a couple of hours later with no problems. You’ll have always done a great job on our king size comforters bedspreads & quilt. Even if we misplace a receipt you still always find it. BUT not this time. The Bandera location keeps creasing my pants with a side crease, which I have asked for no crease on my pants>><? even though I have talk to there manager about this. It must be a Comet incompetent work culture, l recommend five star cleaners instead.Thanks.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! First off the lady at the front desk is very very rude and did not listen to want I needed done. I asked for dry cleaning on all my nice button down shirts but she labeled them as launder and threw them in a laundry machine. Did not get stains out and ripped a shirtsleeves off my very nice shirt! I’ve never had a worse experience with any other dry cleaner. I ask for light starch in my shirt and they put sizing. I could have washed at home. My slacks get sizing, but my shirts get starch. I will be taking it back on Monday
